Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,789 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL1R1, BORA, and DIAPH3. Each is linked with TUBG1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBG1-to-partner and partner-to-TUBG1 results are reported.
