TUBG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,393 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1174P, ANKRD40, and SQSTM1. Each is linked with TUBG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBG1-to-partner and partner-to-TUBG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1174P grouped by TUBG1-low versus TUBG1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
