TUBG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TUBG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,533 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSME3, PSMC3IP, and CENPO. Each is linked with TUBG1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBG1-to-partner and partner-to-TUBG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUBG1 versus PSME3 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
