Across TCGA cell cohorts, TUBG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,570 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBG1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic chromosome condensation, Meiotic cell cycle, and DNA-templated DNA replication. Each is linked with TUBG1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBG1-to-partner and partner-to-TUBG1 results are reported.
