Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TUBE1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TUBE1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher TUBE1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TUBE1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

HNSC, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where TUBE1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
