TUBE1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,751 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBE1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCAF8, MAN2A1, and PCMT1. Each is linked with TUBE1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBE1-to-partner and partner-to-TUBE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUBE1 versus SCAF8 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
