TUBE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBE1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, FoxM1, and Ku80. Each is linked with TUBE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBE1-to-partner and partner-to-TUBE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by TUBE1-low versus TUBE1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
