Across TCGA cell cohorts, TUBE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,824 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBE1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Formate biosynthetic process, Negative regulation of hematopoietic stem cell differentiation, and ATF6-mediated unfolded protein response. Each is linked with TUBE1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBE1-to-partner and partner-to-TUBE1 results are reported.
