TUBD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,281 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RIMS4, PGRMC1, and MTMR8. Each is linked with TUBD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBD1-to-partner and partner-to-TUBD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUBD1 versus RIMS4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
