The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher TUBB4BP5 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TUBB4BP5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC show a favorable association.
BLCA, SKCM, and READ are the cancer types where TUBB4BP5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
