Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBB4B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,028 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TUBB4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZER1, PPP1R13B, and AQP9. Each is linked with TUBB4B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBB4B-to-partner and partner-to-TUBB4B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBB4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBB4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
