TUBB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,286 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BRD9_S588, CAST_S499, and CHAMP1_S603. Each is linked with TUBB1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBB1-to-partner and partner-to-TUBB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUBB1 versus BRD9_S588 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
