TUBB1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,295 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOSB, ZFP36, and ATF3. Each is linked with TUBB1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBB1-to-partner and partner-to-TUBB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUBB1 versus FOSB in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
