TUBB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,109 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF3JP1, LINC01022, and LINC02210-CRHR1. Each is linked with TUBB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBB1-to-partner and partner-to-TUBB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EIF3JP1 grouped by TUBB1-low versus TUBB1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
