TUBB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBB1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, eIF4E, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with TUBB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBB1-to-partner and partner-to-TUBB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by TUBB1-low versus TUBB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
