TUBAP13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBAP13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,726 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBAP13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PICALM, PLEKHO2, and SP100_S18. Each is linked with TUBAP13 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBAP13-to-partner and partner-to-TUBAP13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUBAP13 versus PICALM in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBAP13→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBAP13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
