TUBAP10

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TUBAP10 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TUBAP10 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher TUBAP10 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TUBAP10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and ESCA show a favorable association.

MESO, ACC, and CESC are the cancer types where TUBAP10 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
