Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBA4B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TUBA4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Akt_pS473, and Src. Each is linked with TUBA4B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBA4B-to-partner and partner-to-TUBA4B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by TUBA4B-low versus TUBA4B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBA4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBA4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
