TUBA3D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBA3D RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,708 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBA3D-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MSH6, ORC3, and RRP15. Each is linked with TUBA3D in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBA3D-to-partner and partner-to-TUBA3D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUBA3D versus MSH6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBA3D→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBA3D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
