TUBA3C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBA3C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,606 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBA3C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomerase RNA localization, Metaphase chromosome alignment, and Protein localization to chromosome, centromeric region. Each is linked with TUBA3C in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBA3C-to-partner and partner-to-TUBA3C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBA3C→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBA3C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
