Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBA1B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBA1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, INPP4B, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with TUBA1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBA1B-to-partner and partner-to-TUBA1B results are reported.
