Across TCGA cell cohorts, TUBA1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,908 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TUBA1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mitotic cytokinesis, Positive regulation of chromosome separation, and Regulation of mitotic metaphase/anaphase transition. Each is linked with TUBA1B in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBA1B-to-partner and partner-to-TUBA1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of mitotic cytokinesis grouped by TUBA1B-low versus TUBA1B-high in URINARY_TRACT.
