TUBA1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBA1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,566 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBA1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRPS28, DBN1, and MAP1A. Each is linked with TUBA1A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBA1A-to-partner and partner-to-TUBA1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUBA1A versus MRPS28 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBA1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBA1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
