TUBA1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBA1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 545 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBA1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CIDECP1, IGHD6-6, and RN7SL332P. Each is linked with TUBA1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBA1A-to-partner and partner-to-TUBA1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CIDECP1 grouped by TUBA1A-low versus TUBA1A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBA1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBA1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
