Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TTYH3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TTYH3 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher TTYH3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TTYH3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and CHOL are the cancer types where TTYH3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
