Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TTYH3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TTYH3 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), where higher TTYH3 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TTYH3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and GBM show a favorable association.

PDAC, CCRCC, and LUAD are the cancer types where TTYH3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
