TTYH3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTYH3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,904 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTYH3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FKBP14, GPX7, and SERPINH1. Each is linked with TTYH3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTYH3-to-partner and partner-to-TTYH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTYH3 versus FKBP14 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTYH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTYH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
