Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTYH3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,530 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TTYH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FKBP14, RAC1, and KDELR2. Each is linked with TTYH3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTYH3-to-partner and partner-to-TTYH3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTYH3 versus FKBP14 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTYH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTYH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
