TTYH3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTYH3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,920 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTYH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are UNGP1, MIR615, and TRAJ11. Each is linked with TTYH3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTYH3-to-partner and partner-to-TTYH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UNGP1 grouped by TTYH3-low versus TTYH3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTYH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTYH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
