Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTYH3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,714 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTYH3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, Cell division, and Positive regulation of leukocyte differentiation. Each is linked with TTYH3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTYH3-to-partner and partner-to-TTYH3 results are reported.
