Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TTYH2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TTYH2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher TTYH2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TTYH2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
DLBC, LIHC, and UCEC are the cancer types where TTYH2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
