TTYH2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTYH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,572 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTYH2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TMOD2, NID2, and RSU1. Each is linked with TTYH2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTYH2-to-partner and partner-to-TTYH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTYH2 versus TMOD2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTYH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTYH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
