Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTYH2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,808 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTYH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ISM2, CCL7, and OR6F1. Each is linked with TTYH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTYH2-to-partner and partner-to-TTYH2 results are reported.
