TTYH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTYH2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTYH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, ASNS, and ATM. Each is linked with TTYH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTYH2-to-partner and partner-to-TTYH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by TTYH2-low versus TTYH2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTYH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTYH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
