Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTYH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,877 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTYH2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleotide biosynthetic process, Ribonucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process, and Oxidative phosphorylation. Each is linked with TTYH2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTYH2-to-partner and partner-to-TTYH2 results are reported.
