TTYH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTYH1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTYH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Shc_pY317, and Bak. Each is linked with TTYH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTYH1-to-partner and partner-to-TTYH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by TTYH1-low versus TTYH1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTYH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTYH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
