Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TTTY9B mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TTTY9B data layer compared with 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), where higher TTTY9B mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TTTY9B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PDAC, LUAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where TTTY9B mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
