Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TTTY8 RNA is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TTTY8 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TTTY8 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TTTY8 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and UVM are the cancer types where TTTY8 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
