Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TTTY1B RNA is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TTTY1B data layer compared with 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher TTTY1B RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TTTY1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, OV, and LAML are the cancer types where TTTY1B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
