TTPAL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTPAL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,852 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTPAL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADNP, CSE1L, and CTNNBL1. Each is linked with TTPAL in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTPAL-to-partner and partner-to-TTPAL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTPAL versus ADNP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTPAL→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTPAL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
