TTPAL

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTPAL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,771 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTPAL-associated genes across cancer lineages are BLCAP, GLCCI1, and EXOC6. Each is linked with TTPAL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTPAL-to-partner and partner-to-TTPAL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTPAL versus BLCAP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTPAL→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTPAL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
