TTPAL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTPAL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,364 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTPAL-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H6, FBXO22, and PLRG1. Each is linked with TTPAL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTPAL-to-partner and partner-to-TTPAL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11H6 grouped by TTPAL-low versus TTPAL-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTPAL→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTPAL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
