Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTPAL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,372 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTPAL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of cilium assembly, Microtubule polymerization, and Nuclear transport. Each is linked with TTPAL in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTPAL-to-partner and partner-to-TTPAL results are reported.
