TTPAL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTPAL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTPAL-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPIFB6, SIGLECL1, and C6. Each is linked with TTPAL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTPAL-to-partner and partner-to-TTPAL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BPIFB6 grouped by TTPAL-low versus TTPAL-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTPAL→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTPAL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
