Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TTLL7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TTLL7 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher TTLL7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TTLL7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
HNSC, UCEC, and OV are the cancer types where TTLL7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
