TTLL7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTLL7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,690 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTLL7-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBFD1, DNAJB6, and COA1. Each is linked with TTLL7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTLL7-to-partner and partner-to-TTLL7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTLL7 versus UBFD1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTLL7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTLL7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
