TTLL7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTLL7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 68 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTLL7-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, FASN, and Akt_pS473. Each is linked with TTLL7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTLL7-to-partner and partner-to-TTLL7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by TTLL7-low versus TTLL7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTLL7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTLL7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
