Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTLL7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTLL7-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2A2, SIX6, and TEX44. Each is linked with TTLL7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTLL7-to-partner and partner-to-TTLL7 results are reported.
