TTLL6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTLL6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTLL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are Smad1, INPP4B, and Paxillin. Each is linked with TTLL6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTLL6-to-partner and partner-to-TTLL6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Smad1 grouped by TTLL6-low versus TTLL6-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTLL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTLL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
