TTLL6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTLL6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTLL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOX14, C11orf53, and OR2T10. Each is linked with TTLL6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTLL6-to-partner and partner-to-TTLL6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SOX14 grouped by TTLL6-low versus TTLL6-high in KIDNEY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTLL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTLL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
